The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Residential Remodeling Superintendent to oversee the successful onsite production of our projects, ranging from remodels to custom new homes. The Superintendent partners closely with the Project Manager, manages the Tectonic Field Team and trade partners, and ensures projects meet Tectonic's high standard of quality and client expectations.

This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented leader who can anticipate challenges, maintain organized jobsites, and drive projects forward with efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3 to 4 residential projects simultaneously using Buildertrend.
• Manage daily project schedules, budgets, and field team labor.
• Lead and coach trade partners and Tectonic Field Team members.
• Maintain jobsite safety, organization, and cleanliness at all times.
• Coordinate inspections, materials, and deliveries.
• Review blueprints, design specs, and permitting requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform quality control checks and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and trade partners.
• Track progress with daily job logs, to-dos, and Buildertrend reports.
• Support continuous improvement of Tectonic's systems and processes.

What We Value

• 10+ years of experience in residential remodeling/new home construction.
• 5+ years of strong leadership in production management.
• Proficiency in reading/interpreting blueprints and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques, installation methods, and construction systems.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy, with experience in Buildertrend, Google Workspace, and project management software.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
• Ability to travel across Boulder County

• Competitive salary ($75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience)
